Cross-Generational Collaboration: The value of diverse perspectives
Have you ever wondered why your dad spends hours on the phone, your colleague sends numerous emails, and your daughter sits on the couch texting her best friend, who’s relaxing right next her?
For the first time in history, workplaces have five different generations working together, side by side. This can be a recipe for stress and conflict or an unprecedented opportunity for collaboration and innovation.
This workshop will help increase awareness of the five generations currently in the workforce and share advice and best practices for bridging inter-generation divides.
