Do you know your color? Join us for an interactive and fun exploration of ColorLingo's personality profiles.  Each attendee will complete a brief assessment that identifies priorities and preferences. We'll talk about how your individualized results impact workplace communication.  

Susan Beard is the Assistant Director at Northwest Nazarene University's Center for Professional Development.  Susan received her first bachelor of arts in Organizational Communication from Eastern Washington University and her second in Elementary Education from the University of Washington.  As a former teacher and a current business development executive, Susan is passionate about helping people discover their gifts and talents and connecting them with opportunities to work with purpose.
